My name and title M. Michelle Milligan, MSW, LCSW, and I have been working as a Psychotherapist since 2014. I received my Masters from Delaware State University in 2004. I am a licensed clinical social worker providing psychotherapy services to children and adults with a wide range of developmental and mental health concerns.
