Journey Two Serenity is pleased to announce the availability of teletherapy as our primary mode of therapeutic treatment. This service is provided to clients who meet the guidelines outlined by their insurance policy. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify coverage before scheduling an appointment.
What to Expect
Teletherapy sessions are conducted through Doxy.me, providing a secure and confidential platform for our sessions. It's essential that all participants are in a nonmobile, private, and safe environment during the session. This includes ensuring a stable internet connection to avoid any audio or visual disruptions. Please take a moment before your session to complete the Pre-Call Test.

Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or fax (302-533-6011). Please provide a legible copy of your insurance card (front and back), a copy of your driver's license (front only), and a contact number. Once we receive this information, we will respond within 24 hours and provide you with a Welcome link to our therapeutic platform, TherapyNote. Through TherapyNote, you'll be able to set up your own password, review and complete necessary paperwork, consent forms, handouts, authorize payments, and schedule future appointments.
